The notion of "spirituality" can be a confusing topic. One helpful reflection suggests that Christian spirituality is "intentionally living one's life based on the teachings of Jesus Christ".  Most of us understand that doing such a thing is a process that never ends. Those who have practiced such behavior have learned that such a lifestyle does not lead us to the abstract life but rather leads us deeper into the true life.  Fortunately, we have access to all sorts of devices and practices to assist us in becoming faithful followers of our Lord's teachings.  Below are links to a few websites that may be particularly useful for your own developing spirituality.
